How to set a limit:

In Activity, view find an application which you would be like to apply the limit.
Click on the DL Limit for download limit or on the UL Limit for upload limit. The Rule editor windows will pop-up.
Now just set desired limits Value (in units displayed beside the value box). And check Enable button at the bottom of the windows.
Press Save to saved and activate the limit.
